Andrew has coached for 10 years in various contexts, predominantly in developmental coaching roles, working for Leeds United and Everton ÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Club Development Centres. He currently coaches in the academy at Accrington Stanley ÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Club as well as coaching for Liverpool ÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Club in their International Academy.
At present, Andrew is undertaking a PhD at Liverpool John Moores University, where his area of research surrounds perceptual cognitive skills development in academy environments.
